Cervical and Lumbar Traction
At Lucas Rehabilitation, we offer cervical and lumbar traction therapy as part of our evidence-based rehabilitation services to help relieve pressure on the spine, reduce pain, and improve mobility. Traction therapy uses controlled mechanical stretching to gently decompress the cervical (neck) and lumbar (lower back) regions of the spine.
This treatment may help reduce nerve compression, muscle tension, disc pressure, stiffness, and radiating pain associated with conditions such as herniated discs, degenerative disc disease, sciatica, spinal stenosis, neck pain, and low back pain.
Our therapists incorporate traction therapy into individualized treatment plans designed to improve spinal mobility, decrease discomfort, restore function, and support long-term recovery and movement health.
